Role Overview
The Principal AI Process Orchestrator is a senior individual‑contributor role that decides what work humans do and what work AI does, then designs and ships systems that make both happen. You will front every engagement, earn trust with the client’s executive team in week one, lead the work from workflow audit to shipped automation, and manage 3‑4 concurrent clients while guiding Associate Orchestrators through implementation.
