Job Description
Job Scope
- To connect with identified students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration (approximately 6 months), build positive relationships and contribute to the holistic development of the students.
- To provide academic and/or socio‑emotional support during curriculum hours if students are unable to integrate back to class or catch up due to absences.
- To conduct house visits and ferry identified students to school if student is absent from school for more than 3 days, without valid reasons (more details will be shared upon award).
- To plan and conduct intervention programmes customised to students’ needs and aligned to the school’s efforts in character development after school on Tuesdays, which include but not limited to:
- Academic support programme
- Mentoring programme
- Engagement programme
