Primary Care Paramedic

Position Overview

Primary Care Paramedics provide care to patients as part of a multi‑disciplinary health care team and are dedicated to providing compassionate, high‑quality health care services. The Primary Care Paramedic is responsible for providing accessible, responsive, and integrated patient care at all times, collaborating with health care providers and community agencies, and ensuring the safe, effective operation and use of vehicles and equipment as per Manitoba Provincial Regulations and Shared Health policy. They conduct themselves professionally, ethically, and uphold the mission, vision, values, goals, objectives, and policies of Shared Health.

Experience

• Experience providing pre‑hospital care as an Emergency Medical Responder or Primary Care Paramedic.
