- Develop and implement pricing strategies that support sustainable and profitable growth across the reinsurance portfolio.
- Partner with Underwriting and Portfolio Management teams to provide commercial pricing expertise and influence key business decisions.
- Lead and oversee pricing activity ensuring business decisions are supported by robust modelling, analysis and insights.
- Develop, enhance and maintain pricing models, tools and methodologies to meet evolving business needs.
- Deliver portfolio, product and profitability analyses identifying trends, opportunities and emerging risks.
- Support business planning, forecasting and performance monitoring through the provision of pricing and management information.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor on pricing-related matters.
