Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop budgets, pricing models, and financial analyses to support client proposals and fee arrangements.
- Analyze historical and current financial data to identify pricing trends and profitability insights.
- Prepare and evaluate alternative fee arrangements and special rate structures in response to RFPs.
- Partner with attorneys and internal stakeholders to provide fee estimates and value-based recommendations.
- Support competitive and market analysis by gathering and interpreting relevant pricing data.
- Document and promote pricing and profitability best practices to improve firm-wide consistency.
- Collaborate with Legal Project Management, Finance, and Business Development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field.
