Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Calne who are actively looking to recruit a Press Brake Operator to join the team on a permanent basis. What you will be doing: As an experienced Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components in line with engineering drawings and specifications. Set up, programme, and operate CNC press brake machines Interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical specifications Ensure accuracy and quality of finished components Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Perform quality checks using measuring tools (e.g., callipers, gauges) What you will need to succeed: Proven experience operating CNC press brakes Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes What you will receive in return: £28,392.00 per a...
