**Job Title: Press Brake Operator**
**Job Description**
This role operates press brake machinery in a clean, fast-paced metal fabrication shop, working closely with other operators to produce high-quality sheet metal components. You will set up, run, and adjust press brakes, interpret blueprints, and ensure all parts meet production and quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate sheet metal components according to specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine material requirements, dimensions, and machine settings.
+ Perform machine setups, including selecting appropriate tooling, adjusting back gauges, and programming or adjusting machine controls.
+ Measure and inspect parts using tape measures and other hand tools to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements.
