Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons and learning activities for preschool children based on curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment that supports children’s development and well-being.
- Monitor and assess children’s learning progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones.
- Guide children in developing social, communication, and basic academic skills through play‑based learning.
- Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and classroom displays.
- Ensure children’s safety and hygiene at all times, including during meals and outdoor activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress, behaviour, and classroom activities.
- Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive discipline practices.
