The Technical Consultant engages with customers to understand their business needs, designs tailored IT solutions, and presents these solutions as a trusted advisor. This role leverages technical expertise to remove barriers in the selling process, articulates the value proposition of HP products and services, and supports both the sales team and customers throughout the engagement.
