Premium Boutique Retail Manager — Drive Sales & Service

Lindt Retail Boutique in Durban is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations, uphold brand standards and drive growth of the Lindt brand. You will work with staff, the Store Manager, personnel and corporate contacts to maximise profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires 2–4 years retail management experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for chocolate. Tertiary education is preferred.
