Job Description

As a Preconstruction Estimator, you will play a critical role in the technical and financial success of the firm’s high‑end renovation projects, operating in a fully remote environment. Your work will focus on translating complex design documentation into precise, defensible cost estimates that serve as the foundation for competitive bids and successful project execution.

You will dedicate the majority of your day to detailed digital quantity takeoffs, in‑depth review of architectural and engineering drawings, and technical analysis of scope within sophisticated renovation packages. In lieu of physical site visits, you will analyze existing conditions through provided documentation, photos, and reports, applying your construction knowledge to anticipate renovation challenges accurately.
