Precision Optical Technician & Metrology Specialist

KiwiStar Optics in Wellington, New Zealand, seeks a workshop technician to develop the skills, processes and equipment for manufacturing high precision optical components from various materials. You will design tooling, review drawings, and plan fabrication and testing of optical and opto‑mechanical assemblies.

You will set up, test and measure components with metrology equipment, interpret data, and assist in assembly and alignment.
