The ideal candidate should possess an N3 Certificate, a Trade Test Certificate, and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with CNC and CAD systems is advantageous. Candidates must be proactive and able to maintain safety standards along with a readiness to work overtime. This role involves analyzing blueprints, constructing components, and conducting system maintenance.
