Pre-Sales Engineer, Genesys Cloud (LATAM/NA) – Equity

TrueEngage is seeking a technical lead to cover LATAM and North America, focusing on CCaaS integrations with Genesys Cloud. You will collaborate with local sales and customers to design and deliver robust technical solutions.

You will own pre-sales discovery, demos, and POCs, and troubleshoot APIs, data actions, and Architect flows across enterprise projects, supporting LATAM and NA with some overlap into EMEA/APAC.
