Pre-Sales / Applications Engineer

The Pre‑Sales / Applications Engineer develops detailed technical proposals for complex automation and assembly equipment and supports the sales team in presenting system concepts to customers. This position plays a critical role in the growth and stability of Mikron by helping to secure new projects while ensuring that systems are both technically feasible and commercially viable.

• Review customer URS, drawings, 3D models, and components to create assembly machine concepts based on Mikron’s automation platforms.
• Work with Key Account Managers and the Applications Engineering Manager to define customer requirements and sales strategy.
• Provide design‑for‑assembly guidance to improve product manufacturability.

• Develop detailed automation system concepts for assembly processes.
