Pre-Joining Onboarding & Immigration Specialist

EY Pakistan is seeking a Pre-Joining Senior Associate to join our Talent Services team for a 9‑month FTTE contract. The successful candidate will manage onboarding experiences, immigration coordination, and documentation for new joiners across multinational assignments.

You will handle residency and visa processes, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance, and protect confidentiality while delivering a smooth pre-boarding journey that aligns with EY's EVP.
