Pre-Contract Commercial Manager

We are working with one of the leading independent energy businesses who are looking to recruit a Pre-Contract Commercial Manager. This company plays a pivotal role in ground-breaking projects in electrical design.

Job title: Pre-Contract Commercial Manager

Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 + £5,300 car allowance

Location: Central London or Leeds (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate commercial contracts for bids including commercial reviews, legal reviews, risk profile and mitigation strategy, insurance and bonds reviews
• Manage tender costs effectively within the business unit and ensure they are fair and equitable
• Provide projected cash flow forecasts, engage in CVR creation and identify compensation events
