Job Description
Dawat‑e‑Islami Trust is looking for a Pre‑Auditor to review financial documents, invoices, vouchers, and payment requests before approval. The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with organizational policies and strengthen internal financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Review invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment requests.
- Verify supporting documents and approvals.
- Check budget allocations and numerical accuracy.
- Identify missing documents and compliance issues.
- Detect duplicate or unauthorized payments.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Construction, FGRF, and other departments.
- Maintain pre‑audit records and reports.
- Recommend improvements to internal controls.
Qualifications
- MBA, M.Com, BBA, or B.Com in Finance or Accounting.
- 2–4 years of experience in Audit, Accounts, or Compliance.
