The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre sees a range of patients requiring orthopaedic surgery

To manage, communicate with, and lead a team of nursing staff, consisting of Registered nurses, nursing assistants, AHPs within the pre op department

To manage, communicate with and lead the nursing team and the day to day management of it

To manage service needs within the department relating to Government and Trust initiatives, ensuring targets are defined, met and continued.

To proactively manage the pre op Department, ensuring staff, service needs, trust and unit targets are met.

To manage a defined budget.

To be responsible for pre op staff, adhering to related Trust policies
