Practice Nurse

We are a busy General Practice focusing on patient centred care, seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly, privately owned Practice Group, with practices in Rosemeadow and Appin. The ideal candidate will work in conjunction with our team members, and should possess initiative with strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.

Essential Criteria:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Prior experience in General Practice, Primary Health or similar setting
• Experience with Best Practice Software preferred, however willing to train eligible candidate
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Contribute to Quality Improvement activities
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
