Practice Nurse

Job summary
We are a well-established practice working across 2 sites with a list size of approximately 18,000 patients and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Practice Nurse to complement our friendly and dynamic team. If you have Practice Nurse experience and are hardworking and passionate about providing a high standard of care to our patients, we would like to hear from you.

The salary is dependent on experience (equivalent to AfC pay band 5-6). NHS Pension Scheme available.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate must have Practice Nurse experience and will help ensure a high standard of care for all our patients, with particular focus on the management of long-term conditions.
