Dental Practice Manager - Bupa Dental Care
Location: North Lancashire & South Cumbria (Garstang & Grange)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee the smooth running of two practices.


This is an exciting opportunity to step into a varied role where you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional patient care and driving practice performance.


We are recruiting for two positions:

  • Garstang – a full-time, stand-alone role (40 hours per week), requiring a consistent on-site presence to lead the team and ensure the continued success of the practice.

  • Grange – a separate 6-month fixed-term maternity cover opportunity (3–5 days per week, with flexibility on working days).

    • Ideally, you’ll be based within a reasonable commute of Lancaster, Kendal, Preston, or surrounding areas, with flexibility where required.
