Practice Director – AI Business Solutions

The Practice Director – AI Business Solutions is a senior leadership role with full accountability for the growth, profitability, and long-term success of the AI Business Solutions Practice Group of services. This Practice Area comprises AI Adoption & Automation (Copilot), Secure Productivity, and Converged Communications, and the role exists to operate this combined portfolio as a single, high-performing Practice Group within the Nasstar Microsoft Business Division.

Acting as the general manager and owner of the Practice Group, the Practice Director holds end-to-end P&L responsibility and is accountable for building a profitable, scalable business.
