Role Overview
You will run day-to-day media relations and the press office for the US, partnering with our leadership team to land earned coverage that educates small business owners and differentiates Genstore.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning for the US market.
- Build and maintain targeted media lists, identify compelling story angles, and pitch to top‑tier, trade, and vertical media, as well as influencers and KOLs.
- Craft and edit press materials, including press releases, media briefings, FAQs, fact sheets, op‑ed pieces, and award submissions.
- Manage crisis communications, including real‑time media monitoring, drafting timely responses, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
