Overview

You will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Zurich as a Junior Integrity Professional. You will participate in a specialized learning program for a fixed term of 18 months, gaining exposure to local, regional, and global projects within the Integrity Function reporting to the Global Head of Integrity. Your role will contribute to implementing global initiatives and ensuring adherence to Group directives and local statutory regulations.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Participate in development and implementation of integrity strategies, especially regarding process and procedures, AI and technology programs.
• Conduct research and prepare integrity documents focusing on continuous process improvement.
• Support implementation of the Code of Conduct and assist in ongoing integrity training.
