The platform enables distributed energy resource (DER) providers, energy service companies, government agencies, researchers, and other stakeholders to access **standardized energy data for analytics, planning, and innovation** . The initiative includes collaboration across multiple utilities and industry partners in NY state to standardize foundational data sets across key workstreams (Rates, Network, and Customer), supporting long-term data governance, interoperability, and future energy use cases.
