We are seeking a **Power BI Developer** who thrives at the intersection of data modeling, visual storytelling, and performance tuning.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for building impactful dashboards and reports, who also understands how to manage and optimize the data structures that power them.
**What You'll Do**
- Design and build compelling, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and external customers
- Develop using both Direct Query and Import models, understanding performance trade-offs
- Create data models, define measures and KPIs, and ensure consistent semantic layers
