Postdoctoral Fellow — Livestock Genetics & Microbiome Research

The University of the Free State invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in the Department of Animal Science. The one-year contract is renewable up to three years and focuses on animal genetics, including molecular genetics and rumen microbiome dynamics.

The fellowship offers mentorship from leading researchers at UFS in Bloemfontein. Applicants should have a PhD in a relevant discipline and will be required to relocate to Bloemfontein for 80% of the fellowship.
