Post-Deployment Reliability Engineer (Day 2) - 24/7 On-Call

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Day 2 Software Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our software products after deployment, fix bugs, and perform end-to-end troubleshooting across configuration, performance, and integration.

You will collaborate with development, QA and support teams, provide customer technical support, maintain detailed documentation of issues and solutions, and help continually improve reliability and quality.
