Post CCT Fellow in Emergency Medicine

Job summary
This is an excellent opportunity for doctors wanting to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team and to gain experience at senior level in Emergency Medicine and gain associated skills and competencies in a busy Emergency Department and Major Trauma Centre. We are looking for experienced emergency clinicians who are either post CCT or within 4 months of CCT date. Applicants must have full FRCEM. Emergency Medicine training completed (CCT or portfolio pathway) in the NHS is essential. Fellows will be on their own senior rota line. They will be given consultant liaison roles and a resident to supervise. They will be expected to attend consultant meetings when on shift. Posts have a 20:80 non clinical: clinical split in line with typical consultant posts. Shift patterns will be the same as the consultants.
