Job Description:
• Act as the first point of contact for store/retail technology support, with phone support as the primary channel for urgent store issues.
• Receive, log, triage and resolve store support calls, emails and Zendesk tickets in a timely, accurate and customer-focused manner.
• Support non-voice channels, including Zendesk tickets, email, live chat and future AI-assisted support channels, while maintaining phone support as the priority for urgent store issues.
