Job Description
A well-established property management company is seeking an experienced and driven Portfolio Manager to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience managing Sectional Title and Homeowners Association (HOA) portfolios, strong relationship management skills, and a sound understanding of community scheme legislation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sectional Title and/or HOA Portfolio Management.
- Solid knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA), Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS), and related legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software systems.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
