Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all portfolio activities are aligned with overarching organizational strategies and objectives.
- Communicating portfolio strategies clearly to teams to ensure consistent direction and focus.
- Identifying and tracking dependencies between projects across tribes.
- Facilitating collaboration and communication between teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
- Generating regular reports on portfolio health, financial performance, and KPIs for senior leadership.
