Overview

- You will manage and prioritize the Energy Data and AI portfolio to align business needs with delivery as a full‑time permanent Portfolio Manager reporting to the Head of Data, Engineering and Analytics, with occasional travel.
- The preferred location is Helsinki or Vaasa, Finland, with other locations negotiable and the possibility of hybrid work.
- Core duties include owning intake and portfolio planning, facilitating prioritization, synchronizing Product Owners, managing epic-level backlogs in JIRA and Confluence, and surfacing blockers and governance issues to leadership.
- Applicants should have an MSc (or higher) and at least five years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of JIRA/Confluence and enterprise portfolio tools, understanding of data pipelines and Agile/SAFe practices, and proven stakeholder influence and communication skills.
