Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the strategic and tactical initiatives for the brands under your management, defining product guidelines and ensuring their implementation throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Serve as the strategic owner of manufacturer relationships, leading alignment meetings, negotiations, site visits, and performance monitoring.
• Negotiate commercial terms, joint targets, marketing budgets, and potential exclusivity agreements with manufacturers, handling high‑value negotiations with significant business impact.
