Portfolio Associate I

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Learn the commercial, contractual, regulatory, and reporting obligations of an operating portfolio of renewable energy assets (solar, wind, BESS), and execute tasks to ensure portfolio compliance with all project agreements
- Assist Portfolio Manager and other team members in tracking and fulfilling on-going tasks and deliverables; use Lens platform to drive workflow
- Support the development and preparation of performance and financial reports for the operating projects.
- Coordinate with the Technical Asset Management team and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) personnel on the performance and operations of the projects
- Track project performance, weather, and operational data for operating projects through event tickets and O & M work orders.
