Overview
***This position is physically located in the Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP***
The Port Captain will oversee the operation and maintenance of the U.S. Army vessels assigned to USAKA and will have the with the authority to accomplish the duties described herein in accordance with Corporate Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, U.S. Coast Guard and applicable U.S. Army regulatory requirements. Will report directly to the Manager, Marine Operations for orders, guidance, training and duties

+ Develops standard, weekly and daily vessel schedules using Marine Transportation Form 1051
+ Approves the daily vessel and crew assignments; He/she conducts vessel inspections and provides data to the Army as required
