Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations in a courteous manner.
- Set up and maintain poolside furniture including chairs, towels, umbrellas and tables.
- Assist guests with pool-related inquiries or concerns offering recommendations or guidance as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the pool area by picking up trash, wiping down surfaces and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
- Take guest orders, provide recommendations and deliver drinks promptly.
- Respond promptly to guest needs such as providing towels or ensuring seating arrangements are comfortable.
- Monitor pool area for any safety hazards and address any risks promptly.
- Report any accidents, injuries or incidents to management and follow appropriate safety procedures. <...
