Polisher – Automotive Sculpture

Job Overview

This role is with a company that creates numbered car sculptures in different sizes for both B2B and B2C clients. You will polish car sculptures to achieve a perfect, shiny mirror finish with no scratches or marks, delivering a very high-quality finish.

Responsibilities

• Polish sculptures until they are very smooth and shiny
• Remove scratches and defects from resin, paint, metal, and composite materials
• Perform polishing in different steps: cut, polish, and final finish
• Check quality under light
• Handle pieces carefully, recognizing they are very valuable items
• Follow instructions from the team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a car workshop, detailing, or body shop
• Good polishing skills
• Very careful and detail-oriented
• Able to work with hands and machines, and with a team
