Roles and Responsibilities
Must be part of the Home Loan Credit Policy team with any of our competitors (Banks / NBFCs) Should have good product knowledge of Home Loan and Loan Against Property products Should have degree knowledge about Credit, Technical and Legal norms Role will include travel (once a month) to different locations to understand the market practice there Share inputs to improve portfolio quality as well as tap business opportunities Formulation and rollout of policies, should have good understanding of MS excel and MS word Having credit underwriting experience will be an added advantages
