Policy and Program Advisor – Residential Protection Program

Responsible for providing analysis and project leadership for Alberta's Residential Protection Program (RPP). The advisor will proactively analyze program operations and legislation, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and develop policy recommendations to ensure effective consumer protection and builder licensing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate Alberta's new home buyer protections and builder licensing program, including interpreting, evaluating, and implementing the New Home Buyer Protection Act.
• Lead project work to ensure timely completion, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to improve daily operations and address stakeholder needs; projects range from policy development to educational resources and performance evaluation.
