Polarnode Oy: (Jr.) Project Developer

Overview

As a (Junior) Project Developer you support Polarnode’s project development team on data center projects from preliminary studies to construction readiness.

Responsibilities

• Map project sites and zoning situations.
• Prepare for EIA processes.
• Conduct network connection studies.
• Compile investment materials.
• Participate in stakeholder work with municipalities, authorities and planning partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Investigate and systematically advance processes where none exist.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education degree (e.g., technical or business sciences). Recent graduates and final‑year students welcome.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and solution‑oriented attitude.
