Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices, working closely with stakeholders involved in customer onboarding and KYC remediation to ensure processes are compliant with industry regulations and delivered on time. Lead the team in identifying and resolving blockers, removing impediments, and driving the team toward achieving sprint goals through transparent communication and tracking of team progress via Jira or similar project management tools.
