PMS Support Specialist L1 – Hotel Tech (Hybrid/Remote)

Shiji Group in Mexico City is seeking a Level 1 PMS Support Specialist to be the first contact for our Property Management System customers, handling level 1 support, SLAs, and ticketing with Zoho Desk and JIRA.

The role may shift to evening/night hours, with some remote work on certain shifts, and requires a bilingual English/Spanish communicator with hotel industry experience; office on site in Polanco.
