PMO Leader Financial Planning & Analysis (Bogotá)

This position will be based in Bogota - Colombia or Mexico City and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Lead and oversee the FP&A PMO function for Latin America, managing a team of two specialists focused on transformation and automation activities.
• Collaborate with regional and local FP&A teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery of initiatives.
• Partner with leadership within the regional FP&A organization to align transformation strategies with business objectives.
