PMO & EVENTS DELIVERY LEAD Build and run the operation that powers Startup Chihuahua's programs: turn plans, pilots and events into results delivered on time without dropping a single detail. WHAT YOU'LL DO Design and maintain the masterfile, CRM, KPI board and master report for our programs. Track pipeline, activities, budgets and deliverables on a weekly basis. Coordinate institutional reports in Spanish and English from a single master report. Coordinate pilots and projects: Project Charter, RACI, baseline, KPIs and closing criteria. Plan, coordinate and execute high-intensity events: demo days, workshops, matchmakings and summits. Build the minute-by-minute run-of-show for each event and lead its execution on the ground. Document events and activities with minutes, evidence and results. Flag risks, delays, blockers and overload on time.
