Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with diverse stakeholders such asproject sponsors, project managers, Platform Leads, business unit controllers onproject deliverables and prioritization, eliminate bottlenecks and alignprojects with corporate objectives.
- Design various dashboards for different stakeholdersfor clear, data-driven storytelling style of reporting.
- Applied suitable project management frameworks, robustmilestone tracking, rigorous documentation, and strategic change managementpractices to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
- Support and collate project financials such asbudget, actual vs forecast, submit accruals, tracks PO, invoice payments alongsideproject status and outcomes.
- Support and prepare the presentation slides forthe monthly Project Steering Committee (PSC).
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up on actionitems.
