Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Merton Council at a truly transformational moment for the borough. We're looking for a driven and analytical PMO Analyst to support the delivery of our portfolio of change and transformation programmes within the Finance & Digital directorate.

Reporting into the Digital Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects and programmes are well-governed, effectively tracked, and deliver real outcomes for our residents. 

Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining portfolio-level reporting, including Power BI dashboards, to provide senior leaders with a clear view of progress, risks, issues and benefits.

Supporting programme and project managers with planning, RAID logs, financial tracking and milestone reporting.

Analysing data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the portfolio, and translating insight into clear recommendations.
