Job Description

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross functional teams in new product development, review testability, test coverage and DFT for new products. 
Develop test plans and test solutions to validate new product designs, support qualification and release to manufacturing. 
Provide support to local and offshore manufacturing groups to transfer products, maintain product quality and high yield. 
Work with cross functional teams to review testability, test coverage and DFT for new products. 
Utilize software tools and work with vendors to design test hardware. 
Use statistical analysis tools to analyze data and generate supporting documentation. 
Develop and support best practices, mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives. 
Support product quality and company financial objectives.
