Job Description
The Role: To oversee and coordinate piping construction activities on behalf of the Project Management Consultant (PMC) ensuring that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, schedule requirements, and applicable codes and regulations.
Qualifications- Minimum 10 15 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or energy projects.
- Minimum 5 years in PMC or Owner's Engineer roles.
- Extensive experience in onshore facilities and offplot infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in piping construction, testing, and mechanical completion.
- Experience working on large EPC/PMC projects in the Middle East preferred.
- Monitor and supervise piping construction activities performed by EPC contractors.
